Our client a Property management company is seeking a Property Manager with experience in Sectional titles of no less than 5 years

POSITION INFO:

5 years of property management experience

Sound knowledge of the STSM Act and CSOS Act.

Exp in compiling residential and commercial body corporate budgets

Typing of minutes. trustee meetings, AGM''s

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Must be able to attend evening meetings with Body corporates

Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
