Industrial Property Portfolio Manager - JSE Listed company

POSITION INFO:

PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGER Industrial Properties CAPE TOWN Up to R850K ctc plus listed company benefits. 5 - 7 years Industrial property management experience plus relevant qualifications essential.

Manage and lead a team to ensure that Clients receive a high standard of service delivery and that buildings are well maintained. Facilitate property sales and acquisitions as guided by the Asset Management. Ensure that all buildings comply with regulations in conjunction with Facilities management. Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry.

Sound knowledge of industrial leasing principles, lease agreements and financial, marketing and technical components of industrial buildings will be required.
