Property Portfolio Administrator 
Salary - R20 000 ctc 
Based in Claremont

A leading property and legal firm require a seasoned Property Portfolio administrator to manage Commercial, Industrial and Residential Properties in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Matric
  • Degree in Property studies/Financial qualification
  • Sectional Title / Home Owner course advantageous
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sectional Title
  • Solid property management knowledge - Commercial, Industrial, and Residential
  • Previous experience dealing with owners and tenants
  • Previous experience reporting to a board of trustees
  • Basic Financi
  • and Sage Pastel
  • Drivers License and own vehicle
  • Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
