SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Proposal Engineer with a strong technical and commercial background to join a leading engineering solutions provider in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals for mining projects.
Interpret client specifications and compile detailed cost estimates.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to provide accurate solutions.
Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support business development initiatives through technical presentations and proposal strategies.

Requirements:

BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mining industry.
Proven experience in preparing proposals, tenders, or cost estimates.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
