Provincial Director of Operations

Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position:

A state-owned entity is seeking to employ Provincial Director of Operations to be permanently based in their Mpumalanga Office. The Successful candidate must have 10 years’ experience operating within a medium to large-sized organisation of which at least 5 years must have been at Senior Management level including previous experience in the LG Sector.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must hold a Degree in operation management/ related field

Must have drivers’ license and own vehicle

Must have at least 10 -15 years’ experience operating within a medium to large-sized organisation &

Must have 5 years working in Senior Management level including previous experience in the LG Sector

Must have Sound track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and a well-developed lobbying and advocacy skillset

Must have good Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.

Must be able to manage activities that are part of the production of goods and services.

Must be able to manage both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
