JOB DESCRIPTION:

Media acts as an intermediary between an organisation and its target public that creates awareness for the organisation with an ability to create a positive impact for the chosen audience.
Media Representation. Representing a company or individual to the media is one of the more well-known functions of public relations.

Content Development
Stakeholder Relations
Social Media Management.
Marketing or communications positions
Public relations officers are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing and communication strategies for an organization.
They are also responsible for presenting these strategies to the organization’s clients, stakeholders, and the general public.
A public relations officer’s main objective is to communicate with the media and other outside news and press organizations to ensure that all media communications regarding the company are positive.
The public relations officer is also responsible for writing speeches and public presentations; preparing visual aids, press releases, and news releases; compiling and distributing media press kits; and organizing public events.
Producing marketing and promotional materials.
Creating content providing search engine optimization for the website.
Monitoring and managing social media, Instagram, twitter, Blogging
Youtube must be able to a create a FE channel on YouTube so that they can upload video clips.
Strong Visual Aesthetic. In social media, the visual aspect is significant in defining a presence.
Embracing Channel Diversity.
Serving as media liaison.
Client and Staff liaison when requested.
Above duties may be expanded from time to time.
