SUMMARY:
A leading technology manufacturer who deliver innovative IoT solutions is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, material planning, inventory control, and supplier performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules.
Coordinate procurement activities with local and international suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels, shortages, excess stock, and supply risks.
Maintain supplier relationships and ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met.
Utilise ERP systems to manage purchasing, planning, and inventory activities.
Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and forecasting.
Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
4–6 years' experience in planning and in an electro-mechanical production environment.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Exposure to AI tools and data-driven decision making.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
