SUMMARY:
Design automation testing plans and develop automation test scripts for multiple technical products / services (pre, during & post deployment) in both ?Run & Change? contexts and align to chosen application testing frameworks & guidelines.

POSITION INFO:

Exercises the work product / developed product in a simulated deployment setting to determine its fitness for use and purpose
Validates testing requirements, reviews test plans and ensures appropriate test coverage
Provides expertise in developing testing infrastructure, authoring frameworks, performing market analysis and provide technical leadership / strategic direction to the testing organization
Leverages existing test cases and develop efficient new test cases to validate business requirements are met.
Testers support the execution of test cases and validation of the test case results for the products under test

Desired Experience & Qualification

3 – 5 years relevant Automation experience
Troubleshooting skills
Experience in automating tests as part of CI/CD
version control e.g GIT, BitbucketComfortable and understand how to work with Maven and build tools like Jenkins and
Good understanding of HTTP, APIs (The fundamentals)
Solid of understanding XML / JSON
Scripting languages like Bash and/or Python
Database and query languages knowledge
CSSGood understanding frameworks and libraries like JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML,
Solid understanding of testing frameworks i.e Junit, Selenium
Comfortable with stubbing tools like wiremock / hoverfly and other tools like SOAPUI and POSTMAN
