SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our quality assurance function within the mining equipment division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and inspection processes.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our quality assurance function within the mining equipment division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Oversee inspection and testing processes for mining equipment and components
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
Lead internal and external audits, including supplier quality audits
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to improve product quality
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management
Train and mentor QA/QC staff

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Experience in quality assurance within mining, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical systems inspection
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
