Job Purpose:

Ensure that all claim administration is updated, and all claims are finalized timeously and accurately. Assisting branches with queries and ensuring that they receive their claim results/documentations within the laid down time frame.

Qualifications and or Experience:

Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum). Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage.
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in an admin function.
Sound Technical knowledge and understanding will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of chain management and supply (procurement).
Understanding of ISO 9001/ 45001 or relevant quality management system.
Computer literate – proficient MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
Cross border knowledge administration skills will be an advantage.
