SUMMARY:
A well-established professional practice is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join its team in a hybrid working environment.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and secretarial functions for individuals, companies, and trusts.
Ability to prepare annual financial statements using Draftworx and/or Caseware.
Proficient in Xero and Sage Accounting.
Experience with payroll systems such as SimplePay and/or Sage Payroll.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Solid understanding of SARS systems, including eFiling and easyFile.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
Tax compliance and submissions for individuals, companies, and trusts.
Company secretarial administration and compliance.
Payroll processing and related statutory submissions.
Assisting with staff supervision and management.
