Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Quality System Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for quality enhancement and leading initiatives to improve manufacturing processes.
• Supplier and Customer Liaison: Managing relationships with suppliers and customers to address quality issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Audits and Compliance: Conducting internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of quality metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
• Manage the entire quality department which also includes metrology with full CMM functions

• Matric
• Degree in Quality
• Press shop background with in-depth / technical knowledge
• 10 years -15 years experience
• CMM experience
• Quality systems experience / IATF 16949
• Core tools knowledge
