Quality Control Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A cosmetics manufacturer is seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to join their team. The aim of the role is to drive QC compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to the highest standards, leading QC operations and optimizing processes for excellence. The role will report directly to the QC Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements: Qualification in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology. Minimum of 5 years previous experience working in an analytical laboratory in the Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical field including Supervisory experience. Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001, ISO 22716, SANAS 1841, GLP and GMP. HPLC and experience reviewing artwork will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements: Strong analytical, leadership, analytical report writing for investigations, excellent communication, good organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a team player, have in-depth knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods, and the ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
