SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO, GMP, and company standards.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process assessments.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support new product development and production changes to ensure quality compliance.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and product quality.
Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to quality control and assurance.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Participate in supplier quality management and vendor assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

National Diploma / Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering or assurance in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or other quality standards.
Experience in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QMS software or ERP systems is advantageous.
