Degree in Engineering / Quality
Minimum of 10 years experience in quality with 5 years in managerial role
Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Solid knowledge of quality management systems in production
Process orientated and exceptional customer relationship experience

Key Performance Areas:

Lead and develop the plant quality team
Represent customer requirements
Define plant quality strategy, objectives, monitor and report progress
Identify and initiate improvement opportunities and participate in problem solving activities
Ensure quality expenditure meeting budget requirements
Create/promote a quality/customer focus
Manage the plant quality system in accordance with the company system
Ensure proper staffing and development of the plant quality organization
Ensure compliance with all quality standards and systems
Monitor cost of quality and initiate improvement projects
Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records / documentation
Collaborate with the purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning supplier quality assurance
