SUMMARY:

A Quality Manager is urgently required to provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. The core objective is to drive

continuous improvement, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to compliance to achieve operational and client excellence. #Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Degree or Diploma in Quality Management
Implementation of ISO9001-2015, ISO45001, AWS D1,1& EN3834, NACE level 1.
Must have NDT Level II or Welding Inspector Certification

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a quality management / leadership position from engineering manufacturing or heavy industry.
Quality management, audits, NCRs, and client inspections
Previous experience in implementation and improved QMS frameworks in line with ISO standards.

Other competencies:
A strong leader with excellent communication, decision-making ability, and an analytical problem solver
Excellent report writing skills.
High attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach.
