JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Quality Manager - Head of Department to look after the Technical aspects and projects of the Quality Control Department for a company based in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 6 years experience
BTech Chemistry / BSc Chemistry
Knowledge of Food Safety Systems
Food processing/ production
Leading of projects especially in the subject of Chemistry
Au fait with laboratory equipment and interpretation of results obtained from HPLC, LC-MS, NIR and similar scientific testing equipment.
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem solving skills
Mathematical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
