Quantity Surveyor - CBD, Cape Town

About the job:

As a registered or soon to be registered Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all cost management aspects of projects assigned to you. You will be supported by a small team and will be expected to comply with company reporting and administration procedures.

Being a young company with a focused vision, our Client is looking for a dynamic quantity surveyor who can play an integral role in growing the quantity surveying arm of the business.

Requirements:

• Relevant Quantity Surveying degree
• 3-5 Years’ minimum QS experience gained with proficiency in all aspects of Quantity Surveying through all six Stages of a project (Inception to Completion)
• Ability to work and manage projects independently (or with limited support)
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Technical knowledge and hands-on approach
• Interest in project management and programming
• Strong professional verbal and written skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent in at least two SA national languages
