About the job:

As a registered or soon to be registered Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all cost management aspects of projects assigned to you. You will be supported by a small team and will be expected to comply with company reporting and administration procedures.

Being a young company with a focused vision, our Client is looking for a dynamic quantity surveyor who can play an integral role in growing the quantity surveying arm of the business.

Requirements:

Relevant Quantity Surveying degree
3-5 Years’ minimum QS experience gained with proficiency in all aspects of Quantity Surveying through all six Stages of a project (Inception to Completion)
Ability to work and manage projects independently (or with limited support)
Ability to solve complex problems
Technical knowledge and hands-on approach
Interest in project management and programming
Strong professional verbal and written skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent in at least two SA national languages
