R2R Accountant

SUMMARY:
A digital marketing company is seeking a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) to lead group analysis and reporting. The role is flexible in level (Analyst to Lead) and can be either an individual contributor or a team leadership position. Where relevant, it includes overseeing an FP&A Analyst and a Data Analyst to ensure high-quality outputs. Reporting to the Group Commercial Finance Manager, the role supports M&C Saatchi Group’s high‑margin growth strategy.

POSITION INFO:
Lead and deliver accurate Group reporting and financial analysis Own the month-end process, including P&L review, variance analysis, and performance insights Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business Prepare cash flow forecasts, CAPEX, and working capital analysis Produce high-quality executive reports and Board presentations Partner with senior stakeholders across global regions to support decision-making Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and efficiencies Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business insights Collaborate with data and systems teams to improve reporting automation and data quality (Role dependent) Manage and guide FP&A and Data Analysts to ensure strong output delivery Skills & Experience: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years' accounting experience, ideally within FP&A or similar environment Strong financial analysis skills, including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle large datasets and identify trends Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business decision-making Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholder Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, particularly in management reporting and board pack preparation Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Experience with financial systems and openness to BI tools like Power BI Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
