R&D Mechanical Engineer

Our R&D division is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Weapon Systems Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team shaping the future of modern warfare.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual and detailed design of weapon systems and subsystems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and trade-off analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, software, systems integration, and manufacturing.
• Support system architecture definition, interface design, and integration planning.
• Engage in design reviews, risk assessments, and compliance with defense standards.
• Produce technical documentation and support test and evaluation phases.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and defense partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in weapon system development, aerospace/defense R&D, or similar high-integrity systems.
• Strong proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
• Understanding of military standards, system lifecycle, and design assurance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
