JOB SUMMARY:
North West and Free State Regions: Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to join the team.
The purpose of this position is to manage all operational activities relating to the cleaning contract held by the company, to provide support for contracted teams, and ensure overall clients satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards of service and efficiencies provided by the company to all sites.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12/NQF 3
Minimum 3 years in a similar position/ operational experience
Business or Operations Management (NQF 4) qualification will be advantageous
Excellent Management skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer Literacy
Code 8 Drivers licence with 5 years driving experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relations Management
Staff / Human Resources Management
Health and Safety Management
Management and Monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures
Equipment, Chemicals and Materials Control
Administration and records management
Finance and Budget management
Asset management
Account and business management
Training of Staff
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients and Management
Do site inspections at any given time and report
Any other reasonable instruction that maybe requested by management from time to time
