This role plays an integral part in our team, as you will be the face of the Company and will ensure our clients receive a positive first impression of the Business.

You may be wondering, what does such a fantastic individual’s duties include?

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries;
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office;
  • Announcing clientswhen required;
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs;
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • Sorting and distributing mail;
  • Coaching and developing the junior administrative team;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangements;
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms;
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

  • Computer literate with knowledge in Excel, Word and MS Suite;
  • Grade 12;
  • 4 years+ Receptionist experience;
  • Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English;
