Our client is seeking a professional, well-presented and highly organised Receptionist \/ Social Media Administrator to join their dynamic team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a professional office environment, and has a passion for administration, social media and marketing. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients while also supporting the business with administrative and brand marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Professionally welcome and assist clients, visitors and callers. Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries. Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Directors. Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying and document management. Maintain office supplies and coordinate stock orders when required. Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand and professional image. Create engaging social media content and assist with basic marketing initiatives. Perform ad hoc errands, including document collections and office-related deliveries using the company vehicle when required. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric (proof required). Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative role. Previous experience managing social media platforms and\/or assisting with marketing activities. Computer literate with good working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Email systems PABX telephone systems Office equipment (copiers, scanners and printers) Valid Code B driver's licence with own reliable transport. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Well-presented with a professional and confident manner. Key Competencies Professional, friendly and client-focused.
