SUMMARY:
As a Recruitment & Compliance Consultant, you will manage the full lifecycle of candidate registration, coordination, and compliance onboarding.

POSITION INFO:
Recruitment & Compliance Consultant Join an award-winning social care provider and recruiter, supporting candidates through the full recruitment and compliance journey. Location: Cape Town (Office-based) | Working Arrangement: Full-time, Permanent | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM (UK Time) | Salary: R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month (flexibility depending on experience) ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an award-winning registered provider of social care services and a social care recruitment specialist. Their experience delivering both services provides valuable insight into the needs of clients and service users, enabling them to recruit appropriately skilled candidates. THE ROLE: RECRUITMENT & COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT As a Recruitment & Compliance Consultant, you will manage the full lifecycle of candidate registration, coordination, and compliance onboarding. The role focuses on supporting candidates from initial application through to being ready for final compliance checks, ensuring all documentation and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review CVs against vacancy requirements. Contact suitable candidates and progress their registrations. Book and conduct candidate interviews. Support candidates throughout the onboarding process. Provide regular updates to candidates. Chase PVGs, references, and other compliance documentation. Book candidates onto required training. Progress candidates to a \"ready to work\" stage for the Compliance Officer to complete final checks. ABOUT YOU Proven experience reviewing CVs, sourcing talent, and conducting candidate interviews. Direct experience supporting candidates through an end-to-end onboarding and registration process. Demonstrable experience obtaining compliance documentation, background references, statutory safety records, and PVGs. Exceptional organisational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work UK business hours (08:00 AM - 17:00 PM). Based in Cape Town and able to work full-time from the office initially.
