What the Role Involves

Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across your chosen niche.
Establishing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Actively driving business development to expand your desk and market share.
Providing strategic, consultative recruitment solutions.
Meeting performance objectives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in agency or specialist recruitment.
A solid track record of securing new business and closing placements.
Strong commercial insight and a solutions-focused mindset.
Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with people.
A relevant tertiary qualification (beneficial).
