POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

• Manage and expand key client accounts within the specialist recruitment space.
• Build strong, solutions-driven relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Understand client needs, market trends, and talent strategies to provide meaningful recruitment insights.
• Drive service excellence and ensure consistent delivery across multiple business units.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Handle escalations professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry (agency or internal), with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Previous exposure to client management, account coordination, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
