As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and shaping careers. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process
Securing new business and building your own client portfolio
Networking with professionals and forming long-term, strategic relationships
Providing market insights and advisory support to both clients and candidates
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or specialist)
Strong business development skills
Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results
Confidence, resilience, competitiveness, and excellent communication
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential)
