Recruitment Delivery Manager

SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role involves managing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and leading a team of recruiters.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personality

• A bachelor’s degree /Human Resources Management, Business Administration
• In addition to formal education, practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued
• Working knowledge of social media platforms is key (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter) and online job portals is mandatory.
• 8 years of IT/ Technical Role Types within the Industry experience is essential with at least 2/3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Understanding of the Recruitment Process/Lifecycle.
• Knowledge or worked with Placement Partner, MIE, career Junction, Pnet applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
• Strong people skills and ability to form and maintain healthy relationships.
• Manage a team of Recruiters, Process and Technology.
• Sourcing and filling the positions
• Able to Head hunt, work in a fast paced environment with strong sales and negotiation skills
• Display a positive and friendly outlook when dealing with peers and clients.
• Outgoing personality and confident in dealing with people and senior management.
• Forward thinking and creative with the ability to formulate and present ideas.
• Capable of hands-on problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• A positive and structured approach to researching and analysing brand building opportunities.
