WeÃ¢Â€Â™re offering an exciting Business Development role and a highly rewarding career for the right individual. As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is to work with clients (employers) and experienced candidates (job-seekers) to ensure that there is a proper career fit.

POSITION INFO:

To develop and maintain a lucrative client base through a proactive approach to support further opportunities with both current and prospective clients

Identify sales opportunities through your network and identify suitable candidates, proactively marketing them to existing or prospective clients

Operating as a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates; finding a true vacancy/ candidate match, positioning Communicate Recruitment as the recruitment specialist of choice

Maintain a pool of highly skilled, assessed and referenced candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our new and existing clients

Maintain excellent relationships with contractors to ensure strong retention

Relationship management to both clients and candidates throughout the life of an assignment and beyond

Develop client relationships to ensure they receive the best service and maximize business opportunities

Skills & Experience:

Drive to make things happen and hit your targets, even under pressure

An entrepreneurial, professional approach and a commitment to self-development

Strong problem-solving and lateral-thinking skills – you deliver innovative solutions

Self-starter with a keen eye for business development

Resilient and able to handle rejection

Strong relationship building skills

Qualification:

Grade 12

Degree (Highly Advantageous)
