Are you ready to manage a business as if it were your own? An established and growing business within the optometry industry is looking for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Regional Business Partner to take responsibility for the performance and growth of its Johannesburg operation. This is not a traditional management position. It is an opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to take ownership of business results, build a high-performing team and contribute directly to the success and profitability of the operation. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary and performance-based incentives, with the potential to work towards a longer-term ownership opportunity based on performance, profitability and the agreed commercial model.
