Regional Client Implementation & Product Enablement Manager

We’re looking for a Client Implementation & Product Enablement Manager to lead the successful onboarding of new clients and the rollout of product enhancements across South Africa. What You’ll Be Doing

• The position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure the seamless new client implementations and delivery of our product solutions.
• Be the face of change: Help bring new product updates and tools to life in a way that makes sense to users and improves how they work.
• Keep projects on track: Manage timelines, expectations, and stakeholders across departments while maintaining momentum.
• Travel smart, not far: You’ll be on the road often (locally), ensuring clients are fully supported and enabled.
• Make clients smile: Your success will be measured by just one thing — happy clients.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in client onboarding, product rollout, or implementation within the travel industry – this is non-negotiable.
• Strong project management skills – you can plan, track, and deliver without dropping the ball.
• A solid grasp of process design and execution – you're not just following a playbook, you’re helping write it.
• Comfortable working with tech (you don’t need to code!) and bridging the gap between what users need and what the product offers.
• A warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach – you know how to build trust and keep clients engaged.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycles is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within South Africa as required by project demands.

Reporting & Structure

• You’ll report directly to the Managing Director.
• This is an individual contributor role — no team management required.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, tech, training, and support teams.
