SUMMARY:
A high-impact executive role responsible for driving commercial performance, strengthening operational controls, and supporting sustainable growth across the business.

Reporting to the Regional Director, this role plays a critical part in aligning commercial strategy with supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

This role reports to the Regional Director.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Supply Chain and Commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance
Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving
Ensure strong internal controls and oversee risk assessments across the division
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
Drive operational excellence initiatives across the business
Collaborate on budgeting processes and financial forecasting
Oversee the development and execution of supply chain strategies
Manage procurement processes in line with policies and budget requirements
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
Monitor inventory levels to meet demand while minimising excess stock
Analyse supply chain performance data and implement improvements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Chartered Accountant qualification
3–5 years’ experience in commercial, financial management, or executive roles
2–3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience in an organisation managing its own fleet of trucks
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets
