SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially driven finance leader ready to make a regional impact? A leading organization in the facilities and services industry is seeking an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

POSITION INFO:

This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance across multiple sites.

You’ll take ownership of a regional finance function, ensuring strong governance, reliable reporting, and financial oversight that supports both operational execution and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong financial leadership and deliver accurate management reporting
Ensure full compliance across governance, statutory requirements, and internal controls
Drive the budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking
Partner with operations to deliver effective operational finance support
Manage stakeholder relationships and support leadership with financial insight
Deliver ad hoc analysis and contribute to strategic and cost-saving initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) (essential)
Minimum 5 years’ financial management experience, ideally within a regional, multi-site, or operationally driven environment
Strong background in audit, compliance, and operational finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and leadership capability
High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
