SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially driven finance leader ready to make a regional impact? A JSE listed services conglomerate seeks an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg North.

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Financial leadership & reporting
Compliance & governance
Budgeting & forecasting
Operational finance
Stakeholder management
Ad hoc and strategic support

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, ideally within a regional, multi-site or operationally driven environment
Strong background in audit, compliance and operational finance

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and leadership capability
High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
