Are you a Financial Executive with Africa exposure? Do you have a skill for implementing strong governance and controls on a regional level? My client is looking for a candidate like you to join their dynamic team as the Regional Financial Director in the South of the Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Company Description:
My client is a global leader in the Services sector with headquarters in the United Kingdom. The company has more than 8 decades of industry experience and operates in more than 60 countries across the globe, including Singapore, Australia, Kenya, and Germany. The business is currently expanding and has taken on one of their biggest business ventures.

The role reports to the Regional Group Director and the successful incumbent should be willing to relocate to Cape Town. The successful incumbent should have commercial and financial leadership experience and be able to successfully manage a variety of stakeholder and team relationships in a global matrix environment.

The responsibilities of the role include implementing and overseeing the governance, compliance and legal of the Sub-Saharan division as well as a basic understanding of accounts receivable and payroll. The successful incumbent will have more than 40 indirect reports and has a seat on Exco meetings.

Requirements:

CA(SA)
15 years of senior management experience
FMCG and Service experience (advantageous)
Africa exposure (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of route based B2B and B2C operations (advantageous)
