Regional Manager – Medical Devices

SUMMARY:
This position is limited to BBEEE candidates only due to BEE requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Location: Midrand, South Africa

Position Overview:

Develop & Implement regional business plans in relevant countries of responsibility. Support growth of all product lines, while understanding and addressing customer and market needs, within assigned budgets in line with global and local marketing strategies.

 The main focus areas of this role include:

• Regional Management
• Distributor/ Business Partner Management, SADC and RSA
• Business Development
• Project Management
• SHE Compliance and Training

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF level 7+ in Medical Sciences or related fields
• Business Management qualification an advantage
• 8- 10 Years strong Commercial & Sales Experience in the medical diagnostics of pharma environment needed
• 5- 8 Years Key Account Management experience required
• Experience in dealing with distributors in the SADC countries
• Willingness to travel to SADC regions, locally and internationally when required

• MS office (all packages at an advanced level) and CRM exposure
• Strong planning and organising (project management skills)
