Regional Manager: Aftersales / Customer Service

SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists in a large Division of this well established organisation in the Automotive sector, based in Johannesburg. The focus will be on  Technical related matters as well as Dealers and customer support.

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Dealer Development
- Give guidance to dealers in service department to areas of under-performance.
• Service Campaigns
- To give guidance and to develop dealers in achieving the set campaign objectives.
• Customer Experience Management
- Assist dealers in achieving a high standard in customer experience.
• Technical Liaison
- To give feedback to the Technical Liaison Manager on technical problems in the field
• Quality Service
- Assist dealers to achieve the set Quality Service standards
• Vehicle Off Road (VOR)
- Assist dealers in repairing of trucks in order to get the truck back on the road.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must be a qualified Diesel Technician (passed both theory and practical)
• NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) or NTC 6
• Code EC Driver’s license and PRDP (Public Road Driving Permit)
• Minimum of 6 years post trade qualification experience
• Diagnostic Technician Qualification will be an advantage.
• Technical experience on Trucks
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)

SPECIAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE JOB:
• May be required to act in the capacity of surrounding posts,
• May be required to work overtime,
• May be required to travel and stay overnight,
• May be required to participate in development programs,
• May be required to assist in a dealer workshop on a truck,
