SUMMARY:
Our client within the Motor Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Regional Manager in the Bloemfontein area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

Four (4) year relevant degree or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years Collective Bargaining experience and knowledge, with at least 5 years business management experience required
Must have experience of the Labour relations Legal frame work
Human resource and financial management experience required
Performance management experience
Project management experience
Computer literate – SAGE, Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Must have good decision making and problem solving skills
Must have good analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent Information Technology skills
Must have good financial budgeting skills
Must be able to conduct meetings

KPAs:

Align the regional objectives to the national strategic objectives
Manage day to day operations of the Region
Maintains communication regarding the collective agreement with establishments to promote healthy industrial relations within region
Manage external relationship of stakeholders
Host and attend regional and national management meetings
Overall responsibility for ensuring that the registration of new establishments within a region occurs
Ensure the collection of returns through the management of regional credit control
Develop and manage regional budget
