SUMMARY:
Our client within the Motor Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Regional Manager in the Bloemfontein area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Four (4) year relevant degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years Collective Bargaining experience and knowledge, with at least 5 years business management experience required
• Must have experience of the Labour relations Legal frame work
• Human resource and financial management experience required
• Performance management experience
• Project management experience
• Computer literate – SAGE, Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Must have good decision making and problem solving skills
• Must have good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent Information Technology skills
• Must have good financial budgeting skills
• Must be able to conduct meetings

• Align the regional objectives to the national strategic objectives
• Manage day to day operations of the Region
• Maintains communication regarding the collective agreement with establishments to promote healthy industrial relations within region
• Manage external relationship of stakeholders
• Host and attend regional and national management meetings
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that the registration of new establishments within a region occurs
• Ensure the collection of returns through the management of regional credit control
• Develop and manage regional budget
