Regional Operations Manager - Africa

POSITION INFO:

Global Analytics company with over 50 years experience within analytics and operations across the globe is looking for a Regional Operations Manager for their mining portfolio. The Regional Operations Manager Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) will work closely with Vice President, and provide regional office support management, which will include Finance, Human Resources, IT, Health and Safety, Quality Control including and not limited to the Sub-Saharan operations in Africa.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BSc Honours in Chemistry would be advantageous and a MBA completed.

Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a management role

Proven track record in a commercial analytical laboratory, mining or related industry / environment.

Experience in African Operations.

Will be expected to travel within the region extensively
