Regional Sale Manager

SUMMARY:
A pharmaceutical company is looking for a  Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of sales representatives that service independent and corporate pharmacies and to call on and promote company's business unit products.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous

• Regional Sales Manager experience will be advantageous
• A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in independent and corporate pharmacy
• Thorough knowledge of the OTC business (Schedule 0–2)
• Firm understanding of the Marketing Code of Conduct
• Proven sales record
• Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Business Savvy.

• Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met
• Prioritise effectively and in accordance with independent and corporate objectives
• Competitive market share evolution
• Expenses in Line with Budget/ revised forecast.
