SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in the property industry is seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Consultant to lead business development and sales growth across the Pretoria and Mpumalanga region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused professional with a strong background in banking, home loans or financial services to drive regional performance, expand market share and build lasting partnerships with estate agencies, banks and other business partners.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and implement the regional sales strategy to achieve business growth and profitability. Identify and secure new business partners across the region. Grow market share by strengthening existing partnerships and expanding the customer base. Monitor regional sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required. Support business partners with sales initiatives, training and business development activities. Build strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions and industry stakeholders. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies, business partners and banking partners. Conduct regular partner visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities. Support partners with operational challenges and facilitate solutions where required. Ensure partner contracts and business information remain current and compliant. Sales Performance & Operations Analyse sales reports and management information to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor application quality and partner performance. Identify dormant or underperforming business partners and implement improvement plans. Drive sales campaigns, promotional activities and regional marketing initiatives. Work closely with internal Sales Support teams to optimise service delivery. Compliance & Quality Monitor compliance with banking requirements and home loan policies. Ensure applications submitted by business partners meet quality and compliance standards. Maintain high levels of governance, professionalism and customer service. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate). Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field will be advantageous. Minimum of 10 years' experience within banking, home loans or financial services. Proven business development and sales management experience. Strong networking, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
