Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hospitality industry based in Cape Town is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Gr 12 / NQF  4 qualification or equivalent / B-degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration degree on NQF level 6 or higher preferable
• 3 years’ experience as a Sales Management with exposure in hospitality / service-related industries
• In depth understanding of services / products that the company delivers
• Comprehensive understanding of textiles, textile manufacturing, textile finishes, textile treatment, laundry chemicals, textiles tests and textile damage
• Comprehensive understanding of legal implications and requirements regarding service level agreements and service contracts
• Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting and cost accounting to ensure maximisation on profit margins and accurate forecasting
• Ability to successfully manage and provide direction to the sales and sales administration team to ensure that the organizational goals are met and exceeded for the region
• Ability to demonstrate good problem solving, decision making, negotiation and innovative skills
