SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hospitality industry based in Cape Town is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric / Gr 12 / NQF 4 qualification or equivalent / B-degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration degree on NQF level 6 or higher preferable
3 years’ experience as a Sales Management with exposure in hospitality / service-related industries
In depth understanding of services / products that the company delivers
Comprehensive understanding of textiles, textile manufacturing, textile finishes, textile treatment, laundry chemicals, textiles tests and textile damage
Comprehensive understanding of legal implications and requirements regarding service level agreements and service contracts
Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting and cost accounting to ensure maximisation on profit margins and accurate forecasting
Ability to successfully manage and provide direction to the sales and sales administration team to ensure that the organizational goals are met and exceeded for the region
Ability to demonstrate good problem solving, decision making, negotiation and innovative skills
