Port Elizabeth, EC. Leading distributors of premium alcohol brands seeks target-driven, fast-paced, and well experienced Regional Sales and Distribution Manager to actively manage and coordinate functions within their Sales team.

POSITION INFO:
Port Elizabeth, EC. Leading distributors of premium alcohol brands seeks target-driven, fast-paced, and well experienced Regional Sales and Distribution Manager to actively manage and coordinate functions within their Sales team.

Calling on their outlets as per their respective call cycles
Achieve all daily calls as per call cycle and drive sales targets per outlet
Ensure general well-being of the teams
Generate daily gap-list to help teams identify opportunities in their outlets
Adhere to all required deadlines and reporting requirements
Manage Key Account relationships in the KZN Region and facilitate national cycle events implementation
Provide expertise knowledge in the field to assist the individual members achieve targets and handle objections
Focus and drive daily operational standards and requirements inclusive of all targets
Understand all brand requirements and targets and ensure ongoing measurement and implementation
Set and monitor clear performance objectives for all team members and ensure they are achieved daily
Performance counselling’s, performance discussions, and performance management
