The purpose of the role:

The specialist in this role needs to lead, manage and develop the Shared Service HR department by maximizing the business''s performance.

Non-negotiable requirements:

Experience of leading a Centre of Excellence or a Shared Service Centre

Cloud-based HR systems

HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation

Industrial psychology Degree / Honours or Business Degree

Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar qualification

Team player / Ability to build relationships

Outstanding leadership and change management skills

Nothing less than 8 years COE or Shared service experience

Main function of the role:

Proactively lead the CoE HR function within the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Payroll & HR Administration

Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies

Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working

Build, grow and develop the CoE HR-team for maximum performance

Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally and globally

Actively contribute to the development of the CoE
