JOB DESCRIPTION:

Construction and agricultural giant with strong presence in over 70 countries, boasting a variety of production systems and support brands within their portfolio is looking for an influential Territory Manager for Construction and Forestry equipment. Candidates must be technical sales savvy and ready to revolutionizes the heavy-duty machinery space. Key account management and after-market product support is the primary function of this role. Based in Boksburg with 50% travel into Africa and the Middle east
Duties:

Customer satisfaction and product support
Facilitate training on products
Product warranty and reimbursement policy
Resolve product and part issues
Trade shows
Market data analysis

Requirements:

Dealer or channel partner experience
Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Parts and service exposure
Trade licensed Diesel mechanic or similar
Sales and marketing experience
Willing to travel
