POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years general banking experience and 5 years as Relationship Manager in medium/large business banking segment.
Academic Knowledge: Relevant degree, FAIS RE5 competent.
General banking experience, Credit experience a must.
Your focus would be concentrating on Business Profitability and growth in conjunction with the Operational Banker through retention, attraction, and expansion of customers in the portfolio.
Efficient Relationship building with business clients.
Ensuring risk metrics stay within set parameters for the portfolio.
Coaching of younger staff, providing leadership support in business suite, self- development- Constant improvement of own and manager identified skill gaps through training and development interventions.
Competencies: Excel, Word, Outlook
Communication, Teamwork, Resilient, Stress tolerance, High integrity and work ethic, Customer service centric.
