Remuneration and Rewards Specialist (Consulting and Advisory Services)

Location: Virtual Office / South Africa

Position Overview:

A global consulting and advisory services firm is seeking to employ an experienced Remuneration and Rewards Specialist to join their team.

This is a newly created position which will include working within various compensation frameworks and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

5 - 7 years'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' experience in a Consulting and Advisory Services environment with specialist focus in Rewards and Remuneration.
At least 5 years’ related industry experience working within related Compensation Frameworks, Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
Experience in Remuneration in a Global Organisation is required.
Consulting with and Influencing Businesses Leaders in matters pertaining to remuneration.
Experienced consulting with Talent and People Managers in all key aspects of remuneration and experience in benefits design/implementation.
GRP Certification / Applied Global Remuneration Strategies (AGRS) / Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Professional services industry essential.
