SUMMARY:
My client is on the hunt for a skilled Reporting and Consolidations Specialist to join their dynamic finance team and contribute to their consolidation and reporting activities.

POSITION INFO:
This role is perfect for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial accuracy. You’ll work on consolidating financial statements, analyzing variances, and providing critical insights that support our organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidations: Prepare and review group-level consolidations, ensuring that all entities are accurately reflected in line with IFRS and internal standards.
Monthly Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insights to help inform decision-making.
Audit Preparation: Work with Auditors to fulfil audit requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation processes.
Collaboration: Liaise with finance teams across regions to maintain alignment on reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA): Recently qualified with 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
Knowledge of IFRS: Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards and financial consolidation principles.
Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative Approach: Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
