SUMMARY:
This role owns the accuracy, automation and delivery of business reporting while administering core operational systems. The focus is on enabling data-driven decision-making through reliable dashboards, reporting packs and system governance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver sales, stock, pipeline and performance dashboards
Maintain reporting standards, data integrity and governance frameworks
Administer CRM and reporting systems, including user support and training
Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance teams
Identify system improvements and reporting efficiencies

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics or similar
3–5 years’ experience in reporting, BI or systems administration
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools advantageous
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
