JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an NGO that is making a difference in South Africa has an opportunity available for a Senior Research Project Manager to join their team in Jhb (Parktown) on a 24 month contract. We are looking for someone who is passionate about South Africa’s current soci-political challenges

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification required:

Master’s degree in social science

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 5 years in a project management role
Excellent written and spoken English and additional language proficiency in Sotho, Zulu, Xhosa would be an added advantage

Job description:

Conducting or managing the commissioning of research
Writing & editing: reports, reviews and briefs
Project Proposals and reporting

Project Planning and Budgeting
Project execution
Manage donor agreements
Report to donors
Take responsibility for overall project deliverables
Maintain relationships with political and business leaders
Lead manage and develop team members
